Review: This book is not only a very good Industrial Ethernet guide, but is a fine overall Ethernet reference book. Every automation/control engineer should have this in their book collection. The only wish I had was for some additional examples and some real-world benchmark results of iE protocols. This book would also make a fine classroom instruction guide. By far the best book I have seen on this subject, and a very quick read.
