Summary: Perfect
Review: Perfect, this guide helped me beat the game

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: GREAT if your a pro, not as good if your not!
Review: The book is great if you have beaten the game, maybe, 3 TIMES!! Otherwise, you'll probably be lost by the 9th page. The pictures help, but sometimes are not even correctly corresponding to the level! Many errors are in the book. Overall, the book is ok. I definitely recommend reading the book about 3 times BEFORE you start playing.

Summary: GREAT, if you've beat it!
Review: The extremly hard content and often mixed up pictures makes this a hard to follow book for beginners. Unless you have already played and have advanced to other levels, I suggest not going to the book right away. Or at least read the book a few times before proceding.

Summary: ***WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS***
Review: This book is less than a one star, I give it a minus 3. This is one of the worst books for gaming strategy that I have ever come across. It has some terrible screen shots(thank goodness that there were very few) and the the explainations were worse! The layout of these minute screen shots makes following or even finding your may close to impossible!!!

Summary: The secrets are kept a secret.
Review: This book is...ok.

The only quam i have with it is, there's about 6 secrets that aren't even put in the book. And for those of you who do know, Tomb Raider III contains a secret level called "All Hallows" which is accessable only if you find all 60 of 59 secrets. (no, that's not a typo.)

...ok four. Now let me think...There's 1 missing in "Temple Ruins", 1 in "The River Ganges", 1 in "Mudubu Gorge", and if you're going crazy trying to find that one in "Aldwych", its in the same room you get into with the "Ornate Star". Just turn around and look up.

The only reason i did this is because we're waiting patiently for the "Angel of Darkness" to come out. But if you get bored...try getting all the secrets, because "All Hallows" is kinda fun.

But yeah...the book gives good hints and tips on how to get through the game, and places to find medi-paks and ammo and all that good stuff.

So, if you're buying a used one, i'd definately recommend it.

Summary: Buy a different Book!
Review: This book will not help you beat the game. Especially if you're trying to get to the secret level at the end. It doesn't show all of the secrets like it's supposed to, and the secret's that it does show, aren't explained very briefly. I expected better after the Tomb Raider 2 strategy guide, which was written by the exact same author, and was a lot better. I would recommend that you go to a book store and take a look at what's inside some of the other manuals before you order.

Summary: Terrific!
Review: This game guide helped me through some very difficult parts. I was on one level for 6 months but with this game guide, I beat it in 10 minutes! The price is good. Buy it here!

Summary: Take this Prima Strategy Guide for all it's worth!
Review: This guide has some pitfalls, but all in all, I think it has every thing a kid needs to complete TRIII. By the way, I am an old guy @ 38 years. I've been playing TR for 2 years now and have followed Laura through thick and thin. I also have the cheat codes for TRIII, TRII and TR. Without these, you ain't gona make it. Also, most kids are not patient enough to complete the levels in the TR series. My persistence is what got me this far along with Prima's Guide!

Summary: Okay, I guess....
Review: This guide is absolutley nesscary if you are going to play the game, but you definately need to have read the TRII strategy book before you try and tackle this one. The pictures are crammed 20 to a page, and the way the text boxes are laid out, you will often miss some important info on how to get past a part. Also, what dosen't help is that some of the pictures are taken in places that have no relation to where you should be in the enviroment. But if the gamer has ANY common sense at all, they should only have to take 10-20 minutes to backtrack and/or figure out where you should be. *smirk* But, this book is a MUST.
