Summary: Waste of your time and money!
Review: This is book so badly written, I can't believe someone actually published it. The Oracle own documentation is rehashed again and again in this book and split into several parts. I do not think one can get any quick help because of the poor way the book was organized. It's really a shame that this book is written (?) by Senior Oracle employee from customer support. It clearly shows what kind of customer support one can expect from them.
