Review: This book reads like an academic term paper; in other words, brief and boring, with many references to other works. Broad overviews are all you'll find. For example, the author devotes a mere five pages to discuss the XML document object; why did he bother?

There are far, far better books for any and all of the topics covered. It is very annoying to spend $40 for a book, and immediately realize that you need to buy another book to get more information. I really don't see any practical use for this book.
