Review: Our multi-disciplinary QS9000 Focus Team found this book invaluable. We purchased an assortment of books for the team to review as resources to the QS manuals. Of the books reviewed this one was used again and again while preparing our gap analysis. We now have several copies available at our site and additional business divisions will be using the book as well. The book provides clarification of the QS Standard Manual as well as specific records and audit requirements for most elements.
