Summary: rebuttal to some of the comments
Review: Unfortunately we all have to live with limits. In the case of this book, many pages had to be cut to fit it into the tome it has become. The DBA arena has expanded such that no one book can cover it all. I have tried in this book to cover the important aspects of DBA work and provide what insights I have garnered from my experiences. I wish they would have continued the practice of including CDs with the book but I had no say in the matter. You can download all of the scripts, and then some, as well as my more recent papers from www.....com in the downloads discusion area under free stuff.

I hope the more extensive papers and scripts on www.....com will help fill in any gaps that you, the reader, may find. If not I am always available by email,....net, or on the ....com DBA pipeline.
