Summary: Great for beginners!
Review: This book is definately a good start for anyone looking to bridge the gap between another PAM and Outlook. It is a good starter for the possibilities offered within. I would follow the book with Outlook 2000 from Wrox Press for a full reference to the program and its object model, but it is definitly a good book for the beginner.

Summary: Outlook 2000 - great book for a great program
Review: This is an excellent reference guide to learn the basics of OL2K - the chapters are well organized and there is excellent information for both first time users and for those who are into automation. Highly recommended. I've had this book for over 4 months and it still gets used.

Summary: Takes your knowledge of Outlook to a new level!
Review: Very detailed and in depth. I wish the author had a chapter that delt with possible common errors one might run into in a production environment.

Explains many hidden areas of productive extras that can be found deep within Outlook 2000.

Summary: Special Edition Using Microsoft OL2K
Review: Whether beginner, intermediate or advanced user -- this is a book that should reside on your shelf. Very detailed and well written. Padwick and Feddema have taken the time to examine all aspects of OL2K.

Starting with the planning of sensible management strategy for e-mail, scheduled meetings, contacts, etc. the reader is walked through the various features of this all encompassing Personal Information Management program.

If you are migrating or upgrading to OL2K, this a book that is worth at least twice its' cost. The included CD contains an assortment of add-on software to further empower OL2k's functionality that surprisingly "ain't half-bad".

If you are planning to buy only one book on OL2K, this is the one. . .
