Summary: asp.net data web controls
Review: This is not only a superb book in instruction but in Scott Mitchell's particular design. The On The Web sections are excellent. What for me is the most instructive part of the book can be found in a typical statement found on page 371. "We examined these two approaches to modifying the data before it is displayed in the previous chapter". By constantly doing this thoughout the book he gives us good examples of when to use the different approaches presented. This I think is the hardest part of learning a large application like asp.net and the .net technology. Thanks again for a great book

The book's text swarms with the word "Recall"...
Almost every other paragraph of the book starts with "Recall"...
The book is definitely useful for ASP.NET developers but should
be revised by the author. So, 4 stars ...
