Summary: Deathnote - a great read!
Review: With a name like "Deathnote" you expect the manga to be somewhat morbid, and in a way I suppose it is. This story is about a highschool boy who finds a Deathnote - a magical notbook that has the power to kill any human being, granted that you know their name.

Raito, a top student who also helps his father with his police cases, decides that he will use the notebook to rid the world of criminals and create the perfect paradise, which he will of course lead. Soon he is known all over the web as 'Kira', and many people both adore his work and hate him for his murders. But all things come to an end, and soon L, a famous detective whom no one has ever seen save one or two people, is hot on Raito's case.

Will Raito be able to achieve his goal? Will he be caught by the poice and be put in jail? There are so many twists and turns, you will never want to stop reading this great manga. I give it 5 out of 5 apples!
