Review: Ginga Legend Weed is a graphic novel about a brave puppy named Weed. Weed starts out living in the mountains (Nothern Alps) with his mother. Weed befriends cowardly but kind-hearted GB. When the pup's mother passes away, her last wish is that GB take Weed to the Ohu Mountains where they may find his legendary father Gin, boss of the Ohu Mountains. It was said that Gin defeated a bear gathering several other dogs together to attack 10 years ago, but now it only remained as a legend. GB and Weed flee from the Northern Alps to search for his long-lost father. In their long and hard adventure, the two dogs battle other fierce wild dogs and befriend unlikely mutts. This is a great and almost realistic story - the first graphic novel I've ever read about a puppy!

Review: This book is a great manga and it was very pleasing and interesting to read. Although it finished somewhat a cliff hanger, the drawing and artwork were 5 star rated.

Review: This is a really cute manga comic, the illustration is pleasent but not over the top, the style is easy to read and follow. It's the first manga i have ever read with a puppy hero. Weed is a cute pup with a good heart. I would probably not recommend it for for young readers due to a certain amount of low level violence but readers over 10 to 100 will enjoy the uplifting story of a cute little pup and his friend GB as they travel to find Weed's father.

Review: This is wonderful, just wonderful... you have to be a swede to really appreciate this wonderful manga nostalgica..
since me and most of my friends grew up watching silver fang(ginga nagareboshi gin), the prequel to ginga:legend weed, this book is really great, and hopefully it will be released in sweden, that's the only downside to it, since it will probably be a while until we swedes get it, in swedish with "our" original names.
