Review: Detailed interviews of many lesbian comics authors with excerpts of their work. Sometimes hilarous, sometimes sad, sometimes resonating strongly in strange places, Dyke Strippers is wonderful, and worth it almost only for the wild cover done by Diane DiMassa, authoress of Hothead Paisan, Homicidal Lesbian Terrorist.

Review: This is a charming, wonderful collection of comix and interviews. I was loosely familiar with some of artists, but each section was a revelation. Especially appealing to me was the *range* of work -- from finely commercial to somewhat primitive. You sense a diverse world full of surprise and life -- who could ask for anything more?
