The book is the perfect size, the daily boxes are big and great for writing appointments and such down, but when writing on the back of a picture, the color transfers onto the next page, so you end up with a carbon copy.

The actual comics are not the 'best' of the Far Side, but will still make you chuckle.

Review: JUST PLAIN STUPID is Gary Larson's wall calendar for the year 2003. The great thing about Larson's calendars is that they actually *are* calendars: there is room in the date boxes to write about your engagements (whereas some other entertainment-based calendars think the scheduling capability of a calendar is incidental).

The theme for this year's calendar is rather obvious: stupidity. You have the man who has to be reminded everyday how to put on his pants, the cavemen unaware that the tree the baby elephant hides behind is not actually a tree, etc.
