Review: I love political cartoons and own several books by the greatest political cartoonist, Pat Oliphant. He is witty and an excellent artist. This book by Walt Handelsman, however, is not funny and looks like the cartoons were drawn by an amateur. If you want to see how a professional produces political cartoons, check out Pat Oliphant's books.
