Summary: The Best of TOKYO POP!
Review: Again:this is not a stolen review! I repeat! this IS NOT a stolen review I am transfering it to my new review account.
Tokyo mew mew is a MUST READ Manga!!! This is the best manga I've EVER READ!!! It's about an 11-year old girl named Ichigo who suddenly is involved in an odd incident with 4 other girls (Mint, Lettuce, Pudding, and Zukuro) Where their DNA is mreged with almost extinct animals! After that Ichigo acts strange by acting like a cat sice she was mreged with an almost Extinct wildcat. Then later she meets this guy named Ryou who runs the mew mew progect/cafe. Thats when Ichigo finds out that she is a superhero who has to save the world form these aliens who are trying to make animals attack other humans! Also, she has to find the other girls merged with animals. All girls are mreged with different animals. Now I'm not going to go any thurthur with the manga you have to read it yourself!^_^
This is a great manga for all ages! This manga is better than Sailor Moon and Cardcaptors to tell you the truth!:) Instead of 5 stars I give it a Zillion stars*********************... if I could!!!^_^ lol! So you all have to read this manga!!!:) I can't wait to read them all!!!
Also: Try google search and find Tokyo mew mew music videos! The music and art is great!!! The art is very beautiful! But, the music will be in Japanese but so what!
Note to self!: Even though the manga is out don't get confused thinking it's on tv! Sadly, it hasn't been released in America yet:( But I really hope it does!! So keep that in mind!:) also keep in mind that there maybe episode downloads on the internet. Just in Japanese but there's usally a translation. So keep that in mind.
Anyway: You MUST MUST MUST!!! READ THIS MANGA!!!! don't forget, It's appropiate for all ages!:) Ieven though the age group is for youth (Y 7+) ingnor it! It prpbaly says that because of a little violance and Romance:P But still it's a great series! That everyone has to read! You can't hate or dislike this series! Summary: Catgirl? Magic girl? Cute and enjoyable!
Review: Cute, fun, and amazing!
It follows the generic magic girl structure but it's unique and charming in the way they inplument an 'animal' theme. The main character being a catgirl really caters to a lot of manga fans, but even though they may sound perverted coming from a guy, it's not exactly what I'm trying to imply. Well, there is something huggable about a catgirl.
But it's a unique, and adorable entry to the otherwise sometimes repetitive magical girl genre.

Summary: An awsome shoujo manga!! (Kawaii!!)
Review: First off, Tokyo Mew Mew is a magical girl manga that is just DRENCHED in cuteness. Unfortunately, that probably means that most boys won't be interested in reading it. However, for the people that do read Tokyo Mew Mew, this is an awsome series with loads of cute characters!
I've heard that Tokyo Mew Mew has been called "The New Sailor Moon" but I don't know how similar the two series are (I've never read any Sailor Moon manga or seen the series).
Although in volume one, so many characters are introduced (The 5 girls all appear in the first chapter) that the characterization is just a teeny bit shallow at this point. However, I'm sure that they will have time to fully develop as the series progresses...In short, Tokyo Mew Mew is a sweet and addicting manga where you'll love most of all of the characters! It's wonderful that Tokyopop has this in right-to-left format! This is one candy pop shoujo series that will leave you meowing for more!

Summary: A great shoujo manga for all ages!
Review: I have always wanted to watch the anime "Tokyo Mew Mew" I was more than happy when I bought the first volume of the manga. It may not be the anime, but it's just as good. The artwork is beautiful, and the English translation is very good. The story is about an 11-year-old girl named Ichigo, who is on a date with her crush at the exhibition,and then something like an earthquake happens. Ichigio soon finds weird things happening to her like-when she falls she lands on her feet, cat ears and a tail popping up out of no where, and she suddenly starts having an appetite for fish. She finds out that she was chosen to be part of the "Mew Project", along with four other girls-Mint, Lettuce, Pudding, and Zakuro. (Pudding and Zakuro will be introduced in volume 2) I find this manga to be quite sweet, and cute. If you like cute and sweet shoujos, then you should definitely give "Tokyo Mew Mew" a look!

Review: I've read the whole series and I still want more! This is one of the best series I've ever read. It's short (7 vol. long),one of the shortest I've seen, but I prefer it to some of longer series I've read, because some times if the series is too long, the vol. are hard to find. I expected this to be a little kids thing, but it surprised me. I recommend this to every one, except those I-hate-everything people.

Review: omg this book is so amazing.
*it has every thing that a good story should have 4 example it has wonderful characters the almost every one can relate to.there warm kind and full of character( they actually have a normal personnality)
*the art work is beautiful and clean
and finally...
*the plot is very touching and it is some what realistic.(when I say some what I say that because getting your dna mixed up with a animal. ya c what I mean when i say some what realistic) But altoghether the story can only be summed up in one word.....
SPECTACULAR
a must buy 4 any one who is looking for a good read that isn't romantic.

Summary: Not as fantastic as the others.
Review: This was a great manga! In the beginning, it was hard for me to get used to reading from back to front, left to right. But after a chapter or two, it became natural. The characters are entertaining, especially Ichigo and all her feelings and actions. With all the cute boys constantly surrounding Ichigo, it's a mystery who she'll end up with in the end. The cover art is cute, of course, and there are bonus pages at the end of the book that talk about the author and such.
At first, Tokyo Mew Mew wasn't super exciting to me, but after reading this book, I'm glad that I bought the second one, too, because I can't wait long to read the next one! The story is so funny and romantic, and then there's the "searching for fellow Mew Mews" concept, which although it's kind of obvious who the girls will be, it's still interesting to see how each one becomes a part of the group. In this book, three girls are discovered, saving the last two to be introduced in the next book.
There are a few small parts that parents might find a little inappropriate, but if you're a parent looking for a cleaner manga for your child, I'd say this one is the cleanest I've read so far! It seems like all manga books show something ridiculously mature at some point, but this one remained decent, though I would not recommend it to little kids.
Overall, I'd say that this series is a nice mix of manga art, romance, comedy, and a little bit of action. I'd recommend it to people who like Sailor Moon, or Cardcaptor Sakura.

Review: Tokyo Mew Mew (TMM) is a great girls manga. I suggest this book only to girls, for it is insanely cute and charming, and I have met only ONE guy who likes it -_- It is a cute manga, with strawberries, adorable cafe and five super heros. I have read the whole series and have enjoyed it very much. Although I think its rating is a little too low and I think it should be a Teen book, but thats me. Its about a young girl who is out on a date with her boy friend and she gets turned into a super hero with the genes of a cat. She has four other partners like her and they are trying to save the world from evil alians who are trying to pollute the world. By finding Mew Aquas the mews mews may be able to purify the world from the evil alians. But it is harder than the Mew mews may think...

Summary: Pretty good, but some highly annoying things bout the series
Review: Yes, this is a pretty good series. And yes, it was my first manga series so i have a special bond with it. But..... It annoys u after a while. Lemme explain the stroy.
11 year old Momomiya Ichigo is on a date supposdly kawaii guy. (By the way on the back of the manga it says "Hot date". Hot date meaning to the museum.) At the museum, Ichigo meets five girls there, and they suddenly see a hufe flash of light.(They say earthquake, but i think it was a flash of light) It turns out, that light made them be fused with endangered animals.
Now, I'll explain what gets annoying. Everyone becomes suddenly in love with Ichigo, the main character, which really bugs me cuz let's see.... she's stupid, annoying, not really all that pretty, and did i mention she's a major ditz? And soon, everything revolves around her, not around the other character. Personally, I think the author has to work on letting other characters having a part too.
