Summary: An excellent example of Peter David's take on the Hulk
Review: Peter David's interpretation of Bruce Banner's alter ego is one of my favourite comicbook reading experiences, and GHOSTS OF THE PAST is an excellent example of the heights he and his artistic collaborators reached during his tenure on the title. There's a lot to take in when reading GHOSTS OF THE PAST, though, so it helps to be familiar with the characters and background. Essentially, it's the Hulk versus his old enemy, the Leader...and only one of them will walk away. There's tragedy, romance, humour, theology, high science and low-down dirty fighting. Something for everybody, really...and the ending will take your breath away. Read this if you want some old-fashioned fisticuffs, served up with some intellectual/spiritual matters to chew over. Yeah, it's *THAT* good.

Summary: Some of David's Best Hulk stories ever.
Review: Published by Marvel in late 1992, this trade paperback features Peter David's most thought out Hulk saga as the Green Goliath heads for a final confrontation with the Leader with the fate of Betty Banner, Rick Jones, Marlo Chandler, and the rest of mankind held in the balance. Was continued in The Future Imperfect saga written in 1993 by Peter David and George Perez.
