Summary: Remember how good fairy tales left you feeling?
Review: How nice to enjoy a book over the weekend that could make me marvel at what it might really be all about - and revive the desire to be more hopeful and believing as an adult!

Summary: woot!
Review: I picked this book up and read it in one sitting, it is a wonderful book, and really really helped me to further appreciate Gaiman, though I was already a fan. Stardust isn't really a run of the mill fairytale, it's fun and exciting, it's no epic, but if it were, it would be ruined. It's a fun read that manages to have a complex dilemma. Good all around, though very different from Neil's darker works, which is still okay. Excellent excellent book.

Summary: the best Fantasy opus I have read in a long while.

Summary: Bait
Review: It seems to me that Neil Gaiman is simply using writing as a stepping stone to his real interest which is movies and lunch at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. Nauseating, especially after seeing Princess Monotony.

Summary: Really good work
Review: I realy enjoyed this book. I havent read anything else of Neil Gaiman's, but i now intend to. My teacher gave me this book because i inquired about it since it was sitting on her desk. She gave it to me and said, "Read it." So i read it. I hope you enjoy this as much as i have.

Summary: a great read
Review: I loved this book, Neil Gaiman is one of the greatest authors around. He's books are enjoyable and you begin to love the characters. This book, however, was not as good as Neverwhere. that's why it only got four stars. plus it was a pretty flat fairytale that only got truely interesting at the end. but still a great read, nevertheless.

Summary: This was a book I couldn't put down, I was in Fairyland.
Review: I have never had such a great pleasure in experiencing a book so superbly written and illustrated. The characters will be branded into my memory along with the enthralling love story. I shall treasure this book always and will love reading it on those days that are rainy; when I have the urge to walk into Fairyland once again.

Summary: Mediocre
Review: I loved Good Omens and REALLY loved Neverwhere so when Neil Gaimans newest novel came out, of course I had to buy it. Well what I got was a rather dry fairy tale that moved way too fast and had an unoriginal and pretty boring storyline...hey, dont get me wrong- I love Neil Gaimans work, but if you want real fantasy/fairy tale stuff, go with J.R.R. Tolkiens: LORD OF THE RINGS. Now that book is a true classic.

Summary: Fantastic!
Review: I can't say enough about this book. It was fantastic! I was lucky enough to get the edition where Vess' illustrations are kept throughout, and I have to admit that they greatly enhance the experience of this book (and I mean experience - not many books can give you an experience like this one). I find myself just staring at some of the pictures (mostly, though, the one of Tristran & Yvaine's kiss - don't know what it is, and it's hard to explain, but I can feel that picture). Definately a must read.

Summary: Good! Great! Grand! WONDERFUL!
Review: This was one of the best books I have ever read. I read Neverwhere and Good Omens and liked those, so I gave this a try, and it was great! I can't wait for the next one. I was just a fun, rollicking tale that sucked me right in. I read the whole thing the night I got it, and wanted more. Unbelievable!
