Summary: This whole series rocks!
Review: I am a 15 year old and I must say that this is the BEST series of books that I have ever read in my life. I commend Mr. Jenkins and Mr. LaHaye on their work writing the series. It gave me a glimpse of what the Tribulation may be like, although I don't plan on being here for the real thing, if you know what I mean. I also can't wait for the Left Behind movie that is in the process of being made and will most likely be put out in theaters everywhere in the year 2000. (If we have electricity)

Summary: truth that you can't put down
Review: truth upon truth is all that can be said of Tribulation Force. Once you pick it up you can't put it down.A terrible look at the future for those without Christ. Anyone who can't look around and see that prophecy is being fullfilled before our very eyes is an epitomy of one who will look around one day and realize the awful truth that " I've been left behind."It may be a jig saw puzzle to some but to me it is very clear Jesus is coming soon!

Summary: This book promotes unbiblical teachings
Review: Books such as this one and it's predecessor "Left Behind" are dangerous in that they promote the unbiblical lie that the second coming of Christ will be a multiple stage event occuring over the course of many years. No matter how you try to twist it, a careful reading of 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 clearly shows that the rapture will take place when "the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout" (NKJV) at the time of the second coming, NOT centuries before. Premillenial Pretribulation eschatology is a set of falsehoods based on a jigsaw approach to Scripture and a mistaken interpretation of the book of Revelation and biblical prophesy. Revelation must be understood first of all in light of the first century context in which it was written. You must also realize that it, along with all biblical prophesy, is God's holy Word spoken to His people throughout the centuries, NOT just some collection of jigsaw pieces out of which we can piece together a map of future history. Revelation was NOT written solely for the entertainment of 20th century North American Christians who imagine they see it being fulfilled before their very eyes. For a better understanding of Revelation than what you will find promoted in "Tribulation Force" and other books of its kind, read the simple (but not simplistic) little book: "The Book of Revelation: A Cartoon Illustrated Commentary" by Vic Lockman. The fact that "Tribulation Force" and the other books in this series are so popular is a sad commentary on how so many North American Christians are deceived by the false doctrine of premillenial, pretribulation eschatology.

Summary: Superb, Excellent, Uplifting
Review: Left Behind had me going, couldn't wait to get Tribulation Force. now that i've read it - I found this book to be captivating, motivating, inspirational I could go on. Many call these books Fiction, I think not. These books will change your lives, they will make you think. Lord only knows after reading the first two books you will not want to be Left Behind. Can't wait to receive Nicolae. If I may suggest: Pass these books on, fellowship with members of your church. These books are a Must Read!

Summary: BETTER THAN THE FIRST
Review: Tribulation Force gets deeper into the book of Revelations with the signing of the Peace Treaty between the Antichrist and Israel. Yes, there is some romance in this novel, but novels do not have to stick with one topic. It's good to have varying attributes such as romance, horror, and action in a book. Although this is not as technical as a Clancy or Robin Cook thriller etc...it is a great read for apocalyptic book fans and Christians who love end times topics. Can't wait to read the next.

Summary: COMPELLING
Review: Another winner. I was thrust into this novel after reading LEFT BEHIND. I appreciate the way the characters continue their "journeys" as THE TRIBULATION FORCE. I read this book in 3 days as well. I have already purchased the third book, NICOLAE. What a great source of prophetic reading.

Summary: Thought provoking, riveting, and realistic, to some extent
Review: I have read all three books from Left Behind, Tribulation Force, and Nicolae. The writers of this fiction have their feet grounded on the earth. I have read most of the comments in this page, and although I don't agree with some, I wanted to put my two cents in. Romance is not out of the question, although Paul states that it is better not to get married, if you can not stay celibate and be content, better to marry than to sin. The bible doesn't state whether we should marry or not at the end of the times, or whether it would be correct for a widow/er to marry if his/her spouse was taken away in the Rapture. The comment sort of contradicts God's word, man and woman He made us, male and female. I would rather see a character married and having the support of his/her spouse during a time like this. We are only human. For being a romantic myself, I don't like romance much, but if when we are christians we rely on each other for strength, support, prayers, and so forth, in times like the ones in the book, wouldn't it be better to be with someone you know than to risk your already compromised life? I think the books are well written, could do with less romance (no criticism, though), and they make me think, will I be one of those Left Behind? Will I ever marry again? I guess that 5 years of widowhood would be a more appropriate waiting period so close to the end of times, than the two years Rayford waited, knowing there will be no more time :) Those times will be hard to live on, even worst than today and those people could use all of the help and support they can get, which will be very difficult. On that day a wife and a husband will be asleep next to each other, one will be taken, the other will be left. So, will someone of us be left behind to deal with these issues and find the answers, or will we just do as Paul said: When you read, keep what is good, and discard what is useless (my words). That is what I do. I am eagerly awaiting the release of the last book (hope it is the last), and enjoying ! it before it is even published. Great books!!

Summary: A hard glare at mankind's future.
Review: Like the first book, Tribulation Force, has produced an image of the future Christians are expecting. It offers those who, like " Pastor Bruce" who know but chose to ignore or discount the serious issues confronting all of us. The opportunity for non-believers to sample the future of mankind is realistic and theirs for the reading. Even the doubting thomas types, will have to give some serious thought after reading this prophetical page turner. Jenkins and LaHaye continue to produce enlighting truth with the special talent seen by few. It's a must for Christians and Sci-Fiction readers alike...yeah, sic-fi readers with love it.

Trust me.
