Summary: This book is wonderful
Review: If you read Left Behind you will love this book. I will admit there are some parts I think could have been written better, but the story overall is very good

Summary: The are better books on this subject
Review: Having read Peretti's THE VISITATION, and now three of the LEFT BEHIND series, I have to say, I'm rather disappointed. If you're reading these novels strictly to underscore your faith, then disregard this review--I'm more concerned with the quality of the story, the plot, the writing--which I found less than enthralling. If you're reading these novels for entertainment, then let me direct you to any number of better Last Day novels, including the best of the lot, which goes by the definitive title, THE LAST DAY. Written by Glen Kleier, LAST DAY is probably the best novel ever written in this genre. Stephen King's THE STAND, while not as spiritual and compelling as LAST DAY, is still an exciting, suspenseful read. Both are far more interesting and thrilling than VISITATION, NICHOLAE, TRIBULATION or APOLLYON. If you liked any of these, try reading STAND or LAST DAY for a more heart-pounding experience.

Summary: Breath-taking Page Turner
Review: Though I differ with some of the theological issues, this book, along with others in the series, was such compelling reading, I couldn't put it down! This is a MUST READ.

Summary: Couln't finish the book soon enough to get the next one-++++
Review: I had been pretty religious before reading this series but it will put the future into perspective for anyone who follows this religious survival for the populace. I see there is an antichrist who is a deceiver and will let most people who don't know religious aspect of the future. It seems hard to understand but if I was in the same place as these people of the Tribulation force,I'd be saying some fierceful prayers. This reminds me of a fearfulness of the devil and Holiness of Christ. I await the next book. I'd rather not have the Anti-Christ rise but it was written before we were born.. Is the man from the middle East our fearful one. Or is he in the background waiting for the right moment to arrive. With all that is going on in the world now- These books give a wonderful Hope for all that may have to live through this survival period. I would recommend these books to any and all who can turn a page.

Summary: Not Anti-Catholic!
Review: I defy anyone to show me where the book states that "most Catholics will be left behind." Almost every person in the book who was left behind was Protestant. Astute readers will understand where we're coming from. True believers in Christ, regardless of their church "brand" will be raptured. Surely no one is arrogant enough to think that every claimed adherent to their faith is truly devout.

Summary: Excellent Heart Stopping and Breathtaking look at the End!
Review: Someone referred me to reading this series and might I say i thank them for the referral. This book was enthusiastic and breathtaking from the start i would read a chapter then try to quit but found myself continuing to read on until i at last finished the book now i am reading book Nicholae and I am just as pleased with it.

Summary: This is a book that makes you think
Review: After reading Left Behind, I was eager to read the next book in the series. I thought that Tribulation Force was even better. One of the things I enjoy about this series, is the blend of humor, religion, politics, and romance. There is really something for everybody. Buck is a wonderful character. I particularly like that when he brought dinner for Chloe, he also brought dinner for Rayford. My favorite line was, "Gotta keep the dad happy." This series of novels certainly makes me think about the importance of faith. It was a compelling read, and I would highly recommend it, particularly if you enjoyed Left Behind.

Summary: Interesting, BUT
Review: I don't find the premise biblically accurate. Where in the Bible does it state Christians will be raptured BEFORE the tribulation??? It's always nice to think we'll be gone, but it looks to me like we'll see more than these books would have you believe.

Summary: anti-catholic
Review: I had read Left Behind and about half of Tribulation Force. The series was alright. They had drawn upon a worthy subject even if the execution was rather flawed. The characters were somewhat forgettable but they were easy reads and mildly compelling so I trudged along. Then I came to the part where it says "most Catholics were left behind" HELLO!?!?! Can someone PLEASE explain to me what that's all about? This is a blatant and unfair attack on Catholics by two men who are trying to write Christian books? GIVE ME A BREAK! It is a clear prejudice and I am sad to say that I consequently stopped reading the book and encourage anyone interested to turn away simply because of this horrid bigotry.

Summary: This series motivates the reader to reflect upon one's faith
Review: I have read many books over the years including the "classics" like everyone else. I do understand that there are more gifted writers out there in structure, characterization and so on BUT we are overlooking the most important mission behind this series... The Left Behind series is fabulous because it tackles very difficult Scripture and allows everybody to understand what it means to be saved and why it is the most important decision one will ever have to make. The series challenges you because it forces you to open your mind up to a "what if?" outlook. If this book challenges one Non-Christian to at least examine Christianity more deeply, then it is worth it!!! If it lights a fire in Christians to share the Word more diligently then we should be thankful.
