Summary: Another GREAT Ranma 1/2 volume!
Review: Does anyone else notice a pattern here? All the Ranma 1/2 books are REALLY AWESOME! Volume 6 is a great book. This is the first book that Happosai is in. Happosai is a very funny character of Ranma 1/2. This book introduces Happosai and Shampoo's in it more, too. Shampoo seems to get cooler each time she's in the series. Anyway read this book. I reccomend it! It ROCKS!

Summary: I saw some Ranma eps. and loved it so I bought this book.
Review: I absoulutely love Ranma 1/2 now! Anyone who likes Japanese Animation should read this and the other books in the series. The animation is great and the storyline is fantastic. It makes for easy enjoyable reading and you'll get a real laugh out of it. And if you like the book which is cheaper than episodes you can buy them later. It's definetly the way to go!

Summary: to make 29 reviews 30, i'd like to add some more praises
Review: I'm a fifteen-year old girl who is desperately obsessed with japanese animation, and ranma 1/2 is number one on my list. Rumiko Takahashi is an absolute genius for creating such a brilliant story that i absolutely adore. IF ONLY I HAD THE MONEY! I've only read volumes 1,2,3,5,11, and i must have more! the manga is hilarious and the art is absolutely charming. the videos are wonderful too(but only the subtitled ones)and i couldn't recommend this series more highly to all anime lovers and the people with even the slightest interest in the awsome stuff! :) (I just wish viz would get all 38 books out quicker, i wanna know what happens in #12!)

Summary: Happosai!!
Review: My daughter loves Happosai & he is well intro'd here. He's drawn cuter in later editions--looks much older here(lack of female contact?) His intro takes up half the volume--the 2nd half is a Shampoo plot to snag Ranma leaving Akane to defend the dojo, but Ranma can't stay away from a fight.

Summary: 6 cheers for Happosai!
Review: This graphic novel shows the first appearance of the great Happosai. Rumiko Takahashi usually introduces her characters by having one overall storyline, or two or three chapters introducing them followed by a bunch of chapters involving them so you know they're regulars. The third chapter in this graphic novel features the first bathhouse/girl's lockeroom/outdoor springs battle! Involving Happosai of course, as most do. Happosai isn't liked much by the rest of the cast. Genma, Tendo and Ranma are constantly trying to beat him up and express mail him somewhere, and everyone is overjoyed when they think he's dead. However, you probably won't have the same feelings as them, Happosai is a fan-favorite!
In the second storyline, Tendo and Genma pretend a Dojo Destroyer stole there sign and said he'd battle them for it Saturday. They actually plan to dress up on each other's shoulders, making Ranma and Akane fall in love by working together. After telling this lie to Ranma and Akane, the next day a REAL Dojo Destroyer comes by and steals the sign and will battle for it Saturday. Also, Shampoo promises to give Ranma a cure for his 'disease' if he dates him on Saturday, leaving Akane to face the Dojo Destroyer by herself.
So if you haven't already, go out and buy this volume today! I guarantee you'll be screaming, "What a haul! What a haul!"

Summary: Joe the 12 year old comic enthusiast
Review: Volume 6 was funny and it made me laugh out loud. thereis two new characters, Happosai(hes a dirty old guy that trained mr tendo and genma in any thing goes martial arts) and the dojo destroyer(huge guy that reminds me of a cat fish) well, hes not much of a main character. i give it four stars instead of five because... I don't, know i just do
