Summary: Why me?
Review: Three children in Tokyo who have never met before find themselves falling into a strange land where mountains fly and what were only stories in their world now seem to be common place in this new world. Landing on a flying fish they are taken to a wizard who tells them (what else) You must save the world.
Okay, the plot may seem a little over done to you, but it adds a few surprises, and you tend to fall in love with the characters that you are reading about.
This series is fairly short for a manga series, but it is not lacking any development of characters, plots, or story line what so ever. You will laugh, you will cry, and you will read again.
Boy or girl, just geting into Anime or an old time friend, you need to read this series.

Summary: Very beautiful
Review: I got this manga waaaaaaaaaaay back when ( ok only a couple years ago) but long ago enough that I was like "CLAMP?? What the heck is that" :O A time when I didn't know who Clamp was NO WAY! OK enough of that. Anyway this is Clamp at their best in art. Apparently their style seems to become less and less pretty and unique with some of their newer mangas. Magic Knight Rayearth however is BEAUTIFUL!!

The story is pretty good, typical magical girl stuff but very entertaining nonetheless.(I mean the more anime you've seen the more you're bound to see similar stuff). The characters have cute personalities and it's easy to find a favorite. The three main girls are Hikaru, Umi and Fuu. Hikaru is a short, boyish and caring redhead that loves animals. Umi is a stong, competive blue haired girl (at least it is in the anime, tho' it looks blond in the manga) who can be somewhat hyperactive but also cares deeply for her friends. Fuu is more of a ditzy airhead who is kinda forward and to the point.

The main plot is that they must become the legendary Magic Knights and save the princess. Seems simple but it gets more complicated towards the very end with a major plot twist. Very interesting. Oh and this book is very very funny. I LUV their sense of humour. It's one of the best things about this series. So anyway read and enjoy everyone.:D

Summary: Lovely art, lovely story, TERRIBLE translation.
Review: MIXX really is awful for this. Missing speech, terrible fontography... I honestly think this was slapped together in MSPaint. Use of an actual "Comic Font" would have made this look so much better. Or even better, hire someone to do lettering! Anything else looks ugly. It's nearly an offense to CLAMP's gorgeous screentone work. CLAMP did a lovely job with the art. It's a shame that MIXX had to mess it up.

Summary: Gorgeous! Hilarious!...and all that sappy stuff!
Review: This was a beautiful piece of comic art! The pictures are drawn with such detail that you feel like you're INSIDE the story! And also, the landscape of Cephiro is AWESOME!!!
This is a great book whether you're a manga fan or not!

Also check out: Cardcaptor Sakura #1, Sailor Moon #1-3, and Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind #1-2!
All are wonderful!!!

Summary: One of CLAMP's greatest books
Review: It starts out where Princess Emeraude uses her power to summon the Magic Knights of Cephiro. Then on the next page there stands Hikaru staring through a binocular-scope thing and she meets Fu. Then, she follows her to thank her for the coin and when herself, Umi, and Fu are together there is a bright light and the floor gives way. When Hikaru opens her eyes she sees a volcano, ocean, and a flying mountain of sort. She also sees Umi and Fu and they are all screaming for their lives. Then a flying fish comes and rescues them and then they meet Guru Clef, the greatest sorcerer. He tells them that they are the Magic Knights and after he explains and the elements chooses their elemental powers a monster attacks. A flying bird takes them away in a battle where Guru Clef is fighting the monster. The bird takes them away to the forbidden forest where they meet the artisan and Mokona. She tells them that they need to find the legendary Escudo in order for her to make the weapons. She gives them temporary weapons to help them in the forest and Mokona to go along with them a gift from Guru Clef. They venture off into the forest and when they are getting attacked someone helps them and then he says "who are y'all?" (which in the next book turns out to be Ferio).
I HIGHLY recommend this book and also the animation! You'll want to buy the next and the next and it is a page-flipper of a book! Until you reach the last one and there it gives a HUGE surprise... But you'll have to see/buy/read for yourself now, won't you? I don't want to give away any spoilers, but this is a MUST! The drawings are so artistic, but the eyes are a little (pointish) you'll know what I mean...

Summary: A wonderful manga!!!
Review: I love this manga lots! CLAMP are such wonderful artists, and the plot is really good (You never would have guessed the ending!). The problem I have with this manga(just a tiny one) is that they like to repeat things alot, especially when they are talking. I know its just to get a point out so its not confusing, but it gets a teensy bit annoying ^^;;. I do suggest you buy this manga, and keep in mind that Fuu is the best knight!
