No more sleepless nights trying to remember who guest starred on your favorite episode, squinting to read hilarious signs in the background, or yelling at your friends because you couldn't hear a joke over their belching contest. With "The Simpsons Forever" you can converse confidently with even the most devoted Simpsons Fanatic. And, with plenty of "Stuff you may have missed," this book is sure to keep you coming back for more. This is a must-have for anyone dying to know who does the voice of their favorite Springfield resident.

Review: ...but it covers only two seasons, for almost the same price. But if you are a true Simpsons fan, you'd buy it even if it cost twice the price.

Review: Although the content is very good, I don't understand why they had to put out a second edition that contains only two seasons. If they had just waited a little longer and included at least 4 or 5 seasons, I might have been happy with it. We're hungry but we get hungrier when forced to wait. We're not rich, you know!!

Summary: D'oh!-nt Stop Now...
Review: Continuing to chronicle episodes of the Simpsons television show, the second guide, is a fine follow up edition. The book covers seasons 9 and 10 of the show. Happily, the creators didn't mess with the format of the book, and is laid out the same way as the first guide. Each episode gets a page or two devoted to it. As with the other book, my favorite section for each show, is called "The Stuff You May Have Missed. Even though I have seen every episode of the show more than once, almost without fail, I find a gag or 2 that slipped by me. Soon, I find myself laughing again and again, and it doesn't end until I finish the book. The guide is also handy to have around as you watch the syndicated reruns as a reference. Special sections to take note of included at the back of the book are A Tribute To Troy McClure (voiced by the late Phil Hartman) and The Couch Gags. I think this book, along with the other guides about the series, (past and future) belong on every fan's bookshelf. The book has 95 pages and comes highly recommended

Summary: It's like watching every episode you missed
Review: Despite being a Simpsons fan, there was a period of time where i did not have a TV ( a really long dry spell) which resulted in me missing many episodes of the Simpsons. Many laughs and many jokes that I totally missed out on. Grrr. Due to a busy schedule and lack of recorded back episodes, I turned to the "Simpsons' Forever" and laughed my head off for a play-by-play synopses of each episode. It includes all the subtle jokes, puns, visual plays, and hilarious bits and pieces of pop culture that make the Simpsons so great. This book is truly, truly comprehensive and complete with summaries and notable quotes. I had always wanted to see the "Simpsons in Japan" and with this book, i got to relive all the laughs of watching it in RL. This book is a great, great substitute for watching a real Simpsons ep--you won't feel like you've missed out. And now after I've finished this book, i have no urge/need to actually watch all those back episodes on my VCR. I'm fully satiated, thanks to "Simpsons Forever".

Review: FOREVER RULES! Though it covers a measly two seasons, it still includes the many lovely features of the first book. I think it's good they didn't reissue the first book onto this one, and I think it's put in a very good area. There shouldn't be a new book till the sad day The Simpsons gets cancelled, hopefully. There's the now great lyrics to Bart's songs, and a great tribute to Troy McClure. Unlike the first book, after many reads I hadn't come across many things that were not put in, and also the pictures are a lot crisper and no ep that was worthy of a two page spread didn't get one. Technically better than the first, but the first is still better.

Well, this is just as good, for Seasons 9-10! :)
I have looked over every page and still love The Simpsons.
This is a must for any Simpson collections or Simpson fans!!
