Summary: Greatest anime and manga in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: Go Inuyasha!!! I loved this book, and all the other ones in the series as well. Takahashi is a wonderful artist and writer, and I personally think that this out-does all her other works. You fall in love with the characters, and if you ever met Inuyasha (By a slim chance of luck)you would immidiatly touch his ears, just out of habit! GO GO GO GO GO GO GO INUYASHA!!!!!!

Summary: A literary analysis of Inu-Yasha (kind of)
Review: Hey adventure seekers! Inuyasha is my favorite manga. I say put your money here. This story succeeded to impress me, and that's saying quite a bit because I consider myself to be a *cough* finicky reader and don't spend my time and money on just anything. I can tell this series was done with heart. Its charming and honest and doesn't try to be too tough and rigid or cutesy and mushy just for the sake of being cutesy and mushy. Take it from me, I've been around fantasy long enough to tell the difference between honest, individual stories and pulp fantasy hashed together from tired archetypes.
The main concept of the story (a powerful magical jewel) isn't wildly original but the charming, memorable characters and intriguing themes are what make the stories stand out.
Disclaimer: There are a few topless shots but c'mon! it's art!

Summary: A well that serves as a time machine? Pure Genius.
Review: Honestly the first time I saw this anime on T.V., I was turned off by the whole crazy psychotic demon stuff. Then I decided to give this anime a chance, and after the first episode, I was hooked. The story is about a girl who falls into a well and she ends up in feudal Japan. Bizzare? Maybe at first, but after a while you'll say, wow that well gos great with the story.
So I decided to purchase the first volume of the manga, and now I will definately say, this is one of my most favorite series. The story involving and thrilling which also leaves for many unexpected events to happen where they end up fighting countless hordes of demons. All in all, this first volume of the manga will make you want to buy volume 2 of this great series.

Summary: Anime does not equal G rated
Review: I am an avid fan of Ranma 1/2 and am really glad to see Takahashi put great deal of what her fans love about her work into this series as well. The witty humor is here as usual, along with much less slapstick than Takahashi's other work, and a slightly darker, more serious atmosphere. Note that there is a lot of violence portrayed here and in consequent volumes. However, the story is set in feudal Japan, and there are a lot of demons involved; so it does not take anything away from the overal quality of the book.

I am also very happy to see that a lot more care and detail has been put into the artwork. This is by no means Takashi's best drawing (and the cloning of character faces from her other books is everpresent), but it's nice to see her publications evolve and become a bit more complex alongside her fans' tastes.

Summary: If I could rate it ten stars, I would!!
Review: I had heard about this manga from a lot of people; they were all raving about how good it was. One day I was at Borders and book #1 was sitting on the shelf. Call it fate. I bought it and took it home. There's just one thing to say: I love it!

Inu-Yasha is one of the best manga series I've ever read! It has everything! Humor, romance, and (though I'm not too fond of this subject -_-;) gore. You won't be dissapointed!
I have to be honest though.. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone under the age of 13 because of breif nudity.

Summary: Wow! I'm breath-taken!
Review: I just got this book today and WOW! I originally got this book because I love the anime show, Inuyasha. But I really did not expect the manga to be this good! Inuyasha is about a story of a girl named Kagome who was pulled into the sacred "Bone-eaters Well" by a demon. She is forced to set free a half-demon from a spell cast on him by her incarnant.

This is a MUST SEE! You will find yourself laughing and at some points saying "What a BAKA!" in your head. Now not only can I look forward to watching Inuyasha on tv but reading it too! Cuz I am definatiely buying the next book of the series.

This book is worth every penny and I will read it OVER and OVER again. I hope you enjoy this book like i did. You will truely be in heaven through the whole thing. There is not a sene I would change. So buy it! You won't be disapointed

Summary: Takahashi does it again
Review: I love anime and manga, especiall Rumiko Takahashi's work. Though Yasha wasn't as good as Ranma 1/2, it was still good. Not as funny as Ranma, but that's bcause the bulk o this story is in the adventure aspect. Kagome is a modern Japanese teenager, but she goes back in time to feudal Japan to gather pieces of shattered crystal. I would reccomend to to fans of Takahasi, or manga in general, or people who like books like Lord of the Rings.

Summary: Inu Yasha is number 1!
Review: I loved this book SO much when I read it a year ago and now that I get to read it and own it myself, I LOVE IT MORE!! The way that Kagome and Inu Yasha hate each other in this book makes you SUPER excited to read the next one, which by the way is even BETTER!!. >__<

Summary: Inuyasha is pretty darn good.
Review: I ordered the first two of the series.
I was pleased with the fact that they were a pretty good length, but I'm still reeling over the cost!
American dollars are bad. Very bad. Am so broke *droops*.
I love the story very much however, and Inuyasha makes a most adorable villian/good-guy. (confusing isn't it?)
I have shared it with a few of my friends. (Trusted ones mind you. Sooooo expensive to replace!)
They had a lot of reactions ranging from:
*yoink* "I'll see you after Japanese" *runs off clutching book muttering 'My preciousssss'*
To:
"Oh, they aren't very good quality drawings, are they?" *gets head bashed in by me*
And even!:
*Opens first page* "That girl looks really mad. Who is she?"
"Oh! He's a guy??? Are you sure???"
Yes. That really happened. That particular person also mistook Sesshoumaru for a female but I can forgive her for that.
I'd love to buy the rest of the series, but I'm pretty darn sure that I can live without it until the prices go down. One day.

Summary: Throwaway
Review: I read this in about 10 minutes. Now I have no idea what happened, very forgetable. I did like it, but it just felt like a huge waste of money. Try to borrow this from a friend. If you want value in your manga, buy the ranma 1/2 perfect collection. At least that will keep you busy for an hour or so and is also much more enjoyable. ^_^
