Summary: YAY! PEAS AND ALIENS!
Review: SQUEE is another MUST for anyone who can handle dark comedy. Also, if you look closely you will notice tiny things, such as....Ms. Bitters and ZIM from Invader ZIM are in there somewhere...look...you will see them.
JCV also stuck the missing "Meanwhiles" from JtHM directors cut in there.
Thats his marketing technique ya know... ;)

Summary: Most Amazing Dark Humor To Date!
Review: I have to say that I have not always been a HUGE comic book fan but this has completely changed my views. This book is funny and very intelligent. The drawings come to life immediately. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying this comic. It's really worth the read. Also, once you buy it, don't let go of it... it's a keeper.

Summary: Funniest thing I've ever read!
Review: Simply the funniest thing I've ever read! I have a very open (some would think demented) sense of humor, but this is laugh out loud stuff. Even if it disturbs you- It will make you laugh! I want to be burried with this book! Squee' got it bad! Real bad! Poor kid...... The extra material- "Meanwhiles, Wobbly Headed Bob, and Happy Noddle Boy, are pure genius!
Vasquez must have had a more disturbing childhood than most! It takes a specail breed to create stuff like this!

Summary: Buy him or he'll die...
Review: I'm one of those people who kinda prefers Johnny to Squee, but I still must say this statement:

BUY THIS!

Well, with that said, let me explain. It should be fairly obvious just from the cover that this isn't your father's comic book. The styles are so abstract and twisted, you just have to read it over and over again to absorb it all. And it all follows the sad, sad misadventures of a very unlucky little boy, Todd. (Known as Squee, of course) Squee's closest friends include a homicidal maniac and the son of the devil. He doesn't get much love from his parents either. All this leads to is a series of horrifically funny scenerios that pit poor Squee with the types of things we fear. But we laugh. And laugh. And laugh.

Another reason to get this: Meanwhiles. Actually, I wasn't paticularly fond of these, but they seem to be wildly popular so I thought I'd bring them up. These include Filler Bunny, one of Devi's less successful dates, Happy Noodle Boy, and Wobbly Headed Bob.

So if you love Johnny or Invader Zim, you'll like this too. Buy Johnny and Squee today!

Summary: Disturbing, yet hilarious
Review: Poor Squee, his parents hate him, his grandfather wants to eat him and he has not one, but two alien races trying to kidnap him...oh, did I mention his homicidal teddy bear? This book is full of dark offbeat humor that I simply could not get enough of. I have lent my book to so many friends that the pages are falling out. Aside from the Squee comics there are also Happy Noodle Boy, Wobbley Headed Bob and plenty of Meanwhiles.... If I feel the need to laugh until it hurts, I reread this book.

Summary: FUN WITH SQUEE
Review: Squee is a very lovable character who has a lot of bad stuff happen to him. His parents dont like him, aliens are always trying to do experiments on him and other things are trying to hurt or scare him. Squee was a great book, it has alot of other storys besides squee. If you like johnny the homicidal maniac you will also like this.

Summary: SQUEE!!!
Review: If you like any work by Jhonen Vasquez, you'll love this! If you read Johnny the homocidal maniac, then you know who Squee is, a little boy (who's real name is todd)...his mom ignores him, his dad hates everything about his existence, and his neighbor is...well...a psycho killer who stops by for band aids. this has all the four isssues of the comic series, and things from JTHM that didnt even get in JTHM: the director's cut... if youre only starting to get into this world of Jhonen Vasquez's art, you should get this...everyone should get this really...

Summary: You deny me freshmaker?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Review: Squee's Wonderful Big Giant Book of Unspeakable Horrors is a wonderful collection of almost all of Jhonen's works. Come to think of it the only not-really-semi-non-important character missing from it is Tess... No matter. It has the Antichrist, Satan, Johnny, and a stitched up teddy bear (Nny's doing)! Who could ask for more? Yes, yes... it has Happy Noodle Boy as well as all the Meanwhiles and Wobbly Headed Bob. I'm starting to convince my self to go to Great Escape (my local insane comic book store) and buy it... If you like not so deep, insane, questionably tasteful fun than here it is...

Summary: yeah.
Review: All I have to say is one little useless word, and people in the know will flock to this book like zombies to the brain buffet. And that word is ...meanwhiles.

Buy me or I'll die.

Summary: "Buy me or I'll die," states the cover image truthfully.
Review: Poor little Squee. If he's not getting teased and beaten up at school, ignored by his unloving parents, or having terrifying nightmares about monsters, he's getting abducted by aliens, befriending the son of Satan (called "Pepito"), and visited by his future self whose spine tragically liquidated as a result of the time travel. Actually named Todd, but given the nickname "Squee" because of the little squeaking noise he makes when scared half to death (which happens quite often), this poor little fella will win your heart and pity with stories of childhood trauma (to almost ridiculous levels) and will win your laughter with bitter-but-true humor poking fun at school, bad parenting, dust mites, and all those other little horrors that come with being an unlucky little boy. Don't worry, parents: it's educational! It teaches kids that Columbus discovered the Earth in 1529 and that the government is trying to make children into zombies via drugs in the school lunch (BRING BAG LUNCHES. ALWAYS BAG LUNCHES!!!). As a closing statement to this completely useless review, I'd like to say that there's a little bit of Squee in everyone. Let's hope not literally. :::scoff::: Cannibals.
