Summary: EXCELLENT BOOK!!!!
Review: This book is mainly about 2 girls, one girl, Tara*Starr loves stars and loves being in the center of attention. Then the other girl, Elizabeth is quiet and likes books. She also has a cook and a maid, well Tara*Starr doesn't have much. And of course they are best friends, then Tara*Starr moves away Then Elizabeth's dad spends to much and then they need to sell EVERYTHING so they do and go live in a apartment. Then Tara*Starr's "Charents" are going to have another child so Tara*starr is in shock being a only child of her parents who were very young when they had her.

Summary: An excellent book!!!!!
Review: The book p.s. Longer Letter Later was an outstanding book. It was very unpredictable. The book was also sad and happy. Nad has a very good ending. I would recomend this book for a young child(ages 9-12) to give as a birthday present but also is a very good book for any child or pre-teen to read! -Chelsea*STARR

Summary: A wonderful book about two seventh grade girls
Review: I just love p.s.longer letter later. It's about Tara* star and her friend Elizabeth. Two 12 years old seventh graders are very different. Elizabeth is shy, come from a "pefect" family, neat and like to write plus she has a little sister Emma. Tara*Star on other hand is outgoing, is most responsible person in her family, anyway upside of Elizabeth. Now the Charents( Tara*Star's childlike parents) is take Tara*Star to Ohio, and two girls have to talk by writing letters. Both girls go though a lot of changes and there are a test of their friendship. Even though Tara*Star's parents are having a baby and become responsible; Elizabeth's dad lost his job and they move to a smaller place, and there are some rough time, it didn't stop the friendship between two girls. I like this books because it talk about two seventh grade girls and their problems just like common things can happen in this world. You will love this book once you read it.

Summary: P.S. Longer Letter Later...a great book!
Review: I read a book lately called "P.S. Longer Letter Later" and I thought that it was a great book. The book is about two twelve-year old girls that are best friends, Elizabeth and Tara (or Tara*Starr, what she prefers to be called). In the book, the two friends are totally happy, until Tara*Starr moves to Ohio, and they have no choice but to continue their relationship through letters. The whole book is Tara and Elizabeth sending letters to each other. I recommend this book because I could relate to the characters and I liked them, and see if their friendship lasts, and see if they survive.

The characters in this book aren't perfect, so they're pretty much like the typical teenager. Tara*Starr and Elizabeth are the opposite of each other, for Tara*Starr is loud, loves to be the center of attention and loves to act, and comes from a richer family; and has parents that are irresponsible and act like children. Elizabeth is genuinely quiet, loves to write and recite poetry, has a poor family, and her dad is an alcoholic. It's interesting to read about how Elizabeth puts up with everything and always survives.

The book starts out when the girls both go back to school for 7th grade. Tara*Starr has to start all over again; with a new house and friends. Meanwhile, Elizabeth goes back to school without her best friend. The interaction between Elizabeth and Tara make you really want to keep reading. Sometimes they talk about what they did at school or how their family is doing. Some exciting events happen along the way, and they both travel through hard times. Elizabeth's dad buys stuff that their family can't afford; and Tara*Starr has problems with the boys that she's dating. With all this going on, it is interesting to see if their friendship lasts.

Many people in the world have problems like the events in this book such as their parents divorcing, moving away, long distance friendships or they just don't feel like they fit in this world. In a way, this book makes you feel better, sometimes knowing that there are people out there that are having worse problems than you. This book sends you the message that whatever happens, you can pull through and survive.

I would recommend this book to a girl who likes to read letters, write them, or had a friend who moved away. I think that you should read this book yourself, to find out if they keep their friendship alive!

Summary: P.S. Longer letter Later, a book review by Mallory
Review: When Tara*Starr, best friend of Elizabeth, moves away and they can only communicate through letters, it makes for an interesting story. While Elizabeth's family and life is starting to fall apart, Tara*Starr's is only getting better and better.

I read this in one night. Interesting and worth reading, but not really worth buying.

Summary: Just couldn't sink in
Review: I read the sequel to this book (Snail Mail No More), and I loved it. I'd thought I would read this one also. I really didn't like it. There was something about this book I guess I didn't like or couldn't understand something. This book just wasn't really for me. I loved Snail Mail No More! Maybe you might like it much better too.
