Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: Okay.. Review: Most of the stuff in here was great; but then again its going places that don't need to be explored. If these manga books would just have their female characters put some clothing on, it would be just as good and less.... nude.
Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: A little bit of everything isn't always good Review: This book has a mix of information about females from everyday normal girls, fantastical girls, and even power-suited and bionic girls. Though nicely covered in the several pages each is presented, there are sections such as the wrinkles, toning, and even the changing clothes that you could easily find more information in another book that is geared towards that one topic.
It's nice that this book covers a lot of areas but it doesn't go into great detail. You're better off getting a HTDM book that specifically covers what's in this book more comprehensively such as: Mech Drawing, Giant Robots, Maids & Miko, Occult & Horror, and Bodies & Anatomy, to name a few. If you're interested in this book, I suggest you look through it first before buying.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Buy It!! Review: This book has some inspiring material and can be a great help if you just don't know how to draw Bishoujo. It cotains info on cloths, the face, types and rather imbarising parts to look at as well.I would reccomend this book to any one who is learning and wishes to carry their hobbie in the art and design of manga.

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Fabulous Manga Drawing Step-by-Step book Review: This book has taught me so much on how to draw women. The design and drawings are so detailed and show you how to draw some of the things that amateur artists wouldn't even spot if they just looked at it. The difficulty level is high, I admit, but if you master this, you've gotten pretty far!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: This is a great book Review: This book is great. It teaches you the basic techniques of drawing manga. It has a great part on drawing power suits, mermaids, angels, chiby characters, cat girls, and more. I suggest if you want to learn how to draw manga you buy this book.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Buy this book some where else Review: This book is great. Not only does it have several images, but it has alot of good text talking about the images. It is like Hikaru is giving you all his good tips he learned in the buisness. For example, I did not realize there are 3 kinds of big eyes(standard, up-turned, and Droopy). Most authors do not give away all of there knowledge. I am impressed with is book.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Truely Awesome. Review: This book is in a word, amazing. It has great sections on detail and fine points, yet can help any average artist. It contains lots of great pictures to back up its instruction. I loved the section at the back that was all about drawing abnormal gals (mermaids, angels, etc.). This book can give the best of comic illustraters tips or improve a newcomer. I recommend this book for anyone 12 and up (due to small amounts of nudity).
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A Book Worthy of 1 Hundred Stars! Review: This book is the best How To Draw Manga book I have, and considering how many I have, that's really something to say! I really liked this book because it explained to me how to draw all the basics, small details, clothing, and abnormal girls (like mermaids, animal girls, chibis, angels, mech, etc). It even shows different bishoujo themes in the book (like nurses, school girls, etc). Another thing that amazed me most was that it had all the basics of drawing bishoujo. You can call me weird, but the other book I was going to buy, Techniques for Drawing Female Manga Characters, lacked even the simple basics this book had, so it was either buy that book and a second one, or this book. I chose this book; besides that one had too much information on anatomy. I also recommend How to Draw Manga: Bishoujo Around the World.
