Summary: Lukewarm collection of old material
Review: The saddest thing about this book is the radio show on which it was based. This author proclaimed at a convention of the National Religous Broadcasters that the radio show, 4th & Goal, "would change the face of Christian radio." A year later he got bored with it and bailed. Still didn't stop this publisher from releasing a collection of the show's commentaries (in themselves, not all bad). But...

McCartney clearly has the "gift" of denouncing things. Gee, doesn't the world need more of this?

Skip the book. It's a waste of your time and money. And the author has already moved on.
