Review: This book has proved to be an indispensable tool in helping to lay the foundation of regular bible study for my 6-year-old daughter. Each devotion provides a very practical "Thinking Step" with questions to spark the child's interest. From there, you go to the "Listening Step" which is a short, easy-to-understand bible story. Next, the "Talking Step" stimulates honest discussion. The devotions end with the "Praying Step" which lists suggestions for prayer. Also, each devotion has a memory verse. The structure of the devotions has been very helpful in training my child in how to have daily quiet times and how to think spiritually. I know the fruit of these devotions will continue to be seen in her life as the years go by. This book is a MUST for any parent interested in training their child to love God and meditate on His word!
