Summary: a good take along book for business trips
Review: I enjoyed reading E. Allison Peers's version of Interior Castle at the same time as this modern intrepretation, but I am sure this book can stand on its own. It is a spellbinding tale of the self's journey that Humphreys demonstrates how to use personally. It is particularily useful for those who are just beginning to question why they need so much stuff to keep them happy. When I travel, I find it comforting to reread. (Personal disclaimer: I am not Catholic).
