Summary: Between the eyes and between the sheets!
Review: I have to confess, I didn't read the book, I hardly ever do. but my wife read it to me. Almost the whole thing one thought at a time. And I must say it pleasantly hit me between the eyes and the sheets. My wife was laughing around the house for a week. You know it didn't hurt too bad either and helped to be reminded about the purpose of our differences.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: An "accessable" marriage book
Review: I like how this book puts the (sometimes) complex man-woman relationship in a language that most can understand. I will say that it's written with a slant toward the "men are oafs by nature" mentality. But nowadays, it seem that this is the way most men in our culture are! Chuck Snyder hits on some strange truths that plague male-female relationships, but just when you're expecting a solution to these dillemmas, the chapter ends without one. I think his main goal was to help people understand that men and women think and relate differently, and he's done that.

It's a good book for husbands who refuse to get any help at all with their failing marriage. I hope readers understand that not all men are as "oafish" as portrayed by the author, and that not all women are as unbending as portayed by his wife. :)

Summary: This book should be used in pre-marriage counseling!
Review: If your marriage is on the rocks, you must buy this book. I bought two of them. One for myself and one for my wife.
