I had not really thought about the fact that we should pursue peace, not just wait for it to fall into our lap. Even though you feel like things are out of control in your life, there are some things you can do to make changes toward peace. Hutchcraft is informative but not preachy. He readily acknowledges his own downfalls in the pursuit of peace and leaves the reader feeling as if he is not alone in his own struggles.

I would recommend this book to the busy executive, the blue-collar worker, the office worker as well as the housewife and stay-at-home Mom. There are few people who can say they are totally isolated from stress (maybe only those who are comotose), so this book can help almost anyone who wants to work on this area of their life.
