Review: I own a hardback version of this book dating from 1987 so not the same one as reviwed above. My version is full of misprints and poor English, due, I suppose, to poor editing. This makes the book difficult to read and I sometimes find the information incoherent. The subject is wonderful and I wonder if a similar version exists...
