Summary: The best basic overview of Cell ministry I am aware of.
Review: This is a very easy to read book that lays out the basics of cell ministry. Some of the diagrams may seem too simplistic or even kind of seventies-ish, but they are understandable. Most of the cell ministry books are written from a charasmatic church backround and have parts that presuppose a church where tongues are used as a part of the church ministry. This book does not assume that, and can be useful for leaders of churches that do not practice the use of tongues in their ministry. Also I think the author does an excellent job of show the difference between a small group and a cell. One warning, if you give this out to leaders as an overview of cell ministry you need to debrief them as to your specific cell meeting agenda. As chapter six gives a specific agenda and time schedule, some leaders may panic if this is not consistant with what you are doing or desire to do. Again, excellent overview of cell ministry.
