Rating: Summary: Review from the Publisher Review: CATHOLIC APOLOGETICS TODAY. Fr. William Most. One of the most highly recommended authors in the field (now deceased) gave us an up-to-date Apologetics that is completely traditonal. Covers Christ as Messias, veracity of the Gospels, miracles, existence of God, good and evil, authorship of Scripture, can pagans be saved, etc. Continually popular.
Rating: Summary: Helpful Review: Coming back to the faith after many years, I wanted to find out the many doubts and 'contradictions' I supposed I had. This book it has to be said is a good start. Fr Most summarizes well and tries to keep things to a laymans level, however to be honest I got lost half way through as it got a bit deep for me, but it did answer some questions I had and stenghtened my faith. All said, the best thing about this book is that you can continue to read it even though some of the content may be for the time unclear to you, it seems to have a certain fluency to it, no doubt a gift of the author.
Rating: Summary: Excellent Review: Gives you theology in short bites that you can digest before moving on. It is more than apologetics, it is a theology primer. Wonderful thank you Father Most.
