The book is written in a way that we not only have a glimpse into the life and ministry of the author and his family, which is interesting -- but also a clear view into how God works. So matter-of-factly, Dr. Hurston shares fantastic miracles he witnessed and/or experienced; so matter-of-factly he reminds us that it's all about God, all about Jesus, all about the Holy Spirit and we are just to obey and get out of the way. So simple and yet so easy to forget - it's good to be reminded. Thank you Dr. Hurston for taking the time and effort to put your life and wisdom into book form so that the rest of us may grow and learn from you. Thank you!

Review: This is simply an excellent book. Very well written and inspiring. During and after reading the book, I felt my own divine desperation. I appreciated the author's transparency and honesty. He and his family certainly faced gut wrenching problems as their missionary career spanned the globe. God's faithfulness shines throughout. A must read.
