Rating: Summary: A great read! Review: I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it to anyone who is struggling to resolve the issues of science and spirituality. The author's writing style creates a book that is easy to read, captivating, yet very thorough and logical. Even if you're not a Muslim, this book is well worth reading. Knowledge of the Koran is not needed to understand the author's points.
Rating: Summary: "The Most Important Discovery.." Review: The book, The Unifying Theory of Everything, is unique and has the potential to evoke great interest among scientists and lay people alike because of its non-traditional linking of science and religion. Using modern discoveries and testable scientific knowledge in cosmology and biology, it presents work similar to what is presented in Michael Denton's, Nature's Destiny and Paul Davies,' The Mind of God, adding a unique dimension to them. Whereas the two above-mentioned works arrive at evidence for design in the scheme of the natural world, this book presents the evidence [to design] as being part of the unifying "Theory of Everything," contained in the Koran, centuries earlier. It links explicit statements in the Koran with modern discoveries pointing towards design. Using the work of experts in the field, the conclusions are to say the least, amazing! The work leading to the writing of this book and the book itself can well be termed the most important discovery of this century, according to the author, and the "ultimate triumph of human reason", to quote Stephen Hawking's view of a potential unifying theory. In addition to cosmology and biology, it presents the Koran as a 'falsifiable scientific theory,' which years of scientific inquiry has provided testable evidence for. It has been a part of the author's life's work for the last 15 years and is coherently set forth, in the book, for the first time. It is a truly pioneering approach to both religion and science.
