Dr. Cooper's book uses a gentle, humorous, nonjudgemental approach to help people understand their thoughts and reactions and offers solutions to make things better. I've been buying this book in quantities to make it readily available to my patients who are taking in its message and feeling better quicker! This book complements DBT group work and other cognitive behavioral approaches. Please don't ever let it go out of print!
