Review: A.W. Pink was a one of a kind preacher/teacher/writer. Almost ignored at the time of his death in 1951, his writings on the study of the scriptures are more timely now than ever before. His work on the prayers of the great Apostle Paul are absolutely priceless. This highly meditative book demonstrates great scholarship as well as piety. A must for the serious prayer warrior. This book will also shame lazy intercessors, only to further encourage and empower them. Here is a volume to treasure and refer back to in the years ahead.

Summary: A Highly Necessary and Useful Work
Review: I highly recommend Pink's fine study of the Pauline prayers. In a day when prayer is badly misunderstood and abused, this fine study of the apostolic example of prayer in Paul's writings provides a much needed balance. You will truly be blessed as you consider the fact that the Apostle did not pray for worldly blessings but true spiritual blessings that abide for eternity.
