Summary: This book really changed my problem with anger!
Review: "I understand that anger isn't always wrong and it has a purpose when you use it to bring about positive results. I can seek help from the Lord to control this. I don't have to and shouldn't use suppression as an adequate coping mechanism. It has helped by giving me an improved technique for managing my anger. Using time-outs and prayer has shown me imporovements in my communication with those who anger me. I can be assertive without being angry. It has helped me assert my feelings in a positive way. I am getting imporoved results . .. and am continuing to receive benefit from this book. I am thankful to the authors for helping me."

Summary: What's Good About Anger? continues to help me
Review: I have been reviewing What's Good About Anger? again and have found it continues to help me evaluate cognitive distortions I have and work on changing them to truth. Also, I am discovering how to use new coping skills to manage my anger. The Application Devotionals have really helped me learn about God's love, grace and power which is available to help me work through my anger in a biblical way.
