Summary: Lyrical Explanation of an (Unfortunately) Obscure Book
Review: Most Christians usually skip Leviticus when reading the Bible. They think it's too obscure, or that it belongs to an older audience (i.e. those under the OT Law). Bonar shows the beauty of this ancient text by showing how the shadows of the sacrificial system pointed to Christ and still help those under the New Covenant to see more clearly the beauty of what Jesus accomplished, both as our Substitutionary Sacrifice, and as our Great High Priest. Should be read by all serious Christinas.
