Summary: What A Daring Title!
Review: The very title of this book invites inquisition. This book is filled with solid, principle-based solutions which reverse the negative imagery of failure. I like "Failure Is Written In Pencil" because it provides the mirror in which to view the face of failure in a positive light. With each page, the anticipation of trying again was elevated. The author is candid, transparent and intimate with his reader and he thoughtfully balanced the emotional impact of confronting personal change with humor. I enjoyed reading this book because it is written from a personal perspective. I was able to extract exactly what was needed for me to regain a healthy outlook on succeeding. "Failure Is Written In Pencil" provided a challenging and realistic look at succcess through the unglamorous eyes of failure. I recommend reading this book- it contains remarkable therapeutic value. It provides the reader with a map of where the rubber meets the road to success. I found that the book fostered focus on the REALITY OF TRUE SUCCESS-Failure is written in pencil. A must read for all leaders whether secular or parochial. A healthy resource for dream empowerment.
