Review: "Let no man deceive you..." is a Biblical text which I have no doubt is very familiar with those amongst you who have studied the New Testament and in particular the prophecies relating to end times events.

I try to adopt this Biblical principle in all my studies of such matters, whether they relate to prophecy, the spiritual realm, or varying Scriptural viewpoints. I think one must weigh up each and every encounter with what the Bible has to say. This is the only way that anyone can arrive at a truthful and honest deduction of the question/subject in hand.

The subject of 'near death' or similar experiences which involve an insight in the 'afterlife', is a very controversial subject and is privy to many differing religious and medical opinions.

Having read previous reviews before buying this book, I approached reading the book with the above factors and caution in mind.

It wasn't long before I came to the opinion that the author had a Biblically based and true love for Jesus Christ and a sound understanding of doctrine and the Bible as a whole.

His experiences and their interpretation cannot be denied. I have no reason to doubt the author's credibility in any way form or fashion. This is an incredible book !

The author's own violent accident and medically documented death are factual. His detailed experiences of meeting with Jesus and visiting Paradise and Hell are in keeping with the accounts already present in the Bible. One can only read in awe, respect and a great deal of soul-searching.

These accounts must be taken at face value and the warnings described must not be ignored. This is something and Someone who we will all have to face one day. To say that we haven't been warned or advised is a fallacy.

I can only recommend this book with a meagre FIVE STAR rating, as ten stars is regretfully not provided for here ! This is the Christian Gospel in a nutshell. It answers so many questions that multitudes are afraid to ask and a subject that most would prefer to avoid. Yet it is the very matter which we all have to encounter at some stage.

An incredible book, so easy to read and understand and which can be read in a day or two at the most. If you can lay your hands on this book, then please do so. You will not regret it.

EBY'S IS THE MOST CREDIBLE BECAUSE MOST DOCTORS THINK THEY ARE GOD. HE WAS HUMBLED BY HIS EXPERIENCE AND REMAINS SO TODAY. I WAS EVEN COMPELLED TO WRITE HIM BECAUSE HIS MESSAGE FROM GOD CHANGED MY LIFE. IT'S STRANGE THAT MOST OF THE PEOPLE I SHARED THIS BOOK WITH, DO NOT SEEM TO BE AS AFFECTED BY IT AS I AM! THE HOLY SPIRIT LET ME KNOW SOME BELIEVERS ARE MORE MATURE IN THE LORD THAN OTHERS!

Summary: What's the truth about Jesus, the Bible, Heaven, Hell, etc.
Review: Imagine if you were given the chance to ask God all the questions you ever had and that He would answer you directly and plainly - This is the truth. Alot of people are groping in the dark - what is the truth / what is the correct doctrine / is the Bible true? Well here's a person who had that chance of conversing with Jesus, and wouldn't you be interested in what Jesus has to say? This book will settle alot your mental and spiritual debates as it did for me. Most authors of NDEs only talk about their experience plus their opinions.This book will tie the NDE where it belongs - back to the Bible. To all Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, atheists, etc., Jesus has a message for all of us, do not harden your heart and mind, but be open to God's voice. He wants all of you to hear what He has to say by reading this wonderful book.

Review: It is interesting to me that every person who has a near death experience tends to have an experience that validates his own belief system. If the belief system happens to be Christianity, there will invariably be an experience of meeting Christ, experiencing heaven, hell, etc. & a validation of belief in the Bible. I know of two people who had the same near-death experience--they come from Eastern and New Age belief systems, and they experienced no such thing as what the author reports. They reported experiences of "Bardo"--self-judgement where they reviewed their lives from the perspectives of all people whose lives they touched, etc., and it was purely for evaluation & learning. There was no hell or judgment associated with it. There are many world religions that believe there is no "Absolute Truth", and we actually "Manifest" whatever "reality" we believe--in this life and the next, which might account for so many people who experience exactly what they anticipate experiencing after death.

Review: This book is phenomenol. I have reread it several times in less than a year, and will continue to enjoy rereading it through my life. Each time I get something new. If I had one book to give showing what heaven and hell are really like, this would be it. The reason is because not only is the author, a former professor and obstetrician, highly credible, but his experience in both heaven and hell go into great detail and explanation over what he encountered. I have read all of Dr. Eby's books, but this one goes into the richest detail concerning his trip to heaven following a serious injury, and then, five years later, the equally fascinating journey he took to hell on the command of Jesus, not during a near-death experience, but while Dr. Eby had been in the middle of a group tour in Israel, inside of Lazarus' Tomb. The descriptions of heaven are wonderful and uplifting, while the glimpse of hell is chilling. This book is definitely worth the money.

Summary: The most inspiring book I've ever read
Review: This book is worth your reading. After the author's death, he travelled to Heaven, where he met Jesus, who talked with him for a number of subjects. The conversation thus showed Jesus' confirmation of the Bible as His Book and Word. Besides, both the experiences of Heaven and Hell are clearly described in detail. The Heaven is wonderful, whereas the Hell is very horrible, especially when a person was placed in front of God's Judgement. This experience should alarm the world. I would thus suggest you to examine the evidence of Jesus' salvation very carefully before you reject Him. Otherwise, you may lose something essential.

Review: This is by far, the most inspiring NDE book ever written and I've read them all. Dr Eby's description of heaven and hell and his encounter with Christ will have you reading this book in awe, over and over. Every Christian should read this book.
