Summary: So close to reality...
Review: Since , I agree with most of what was told in the previous reviews . I just wanted to add something . First there are many nice books out there about Islam , But really which one is the authentic ? There are many Muslim writers in the west who like to comprimize their religion in order to please Non-Muslims . I think Umm Zakiyyah did a wonderful job in balancing it all out . The writer had a strong background about Islam ,along with a lot of knowledge of how a weak non-practising Muslim life is . She would ask the question and have a perfect answer that noone can argue with . She covered very good points such us Hyjab,Polygmy &Jihad and many more topics that are very senstive . Truely Aminah is a role model for all muslim Women . She is strong in faith and also is kind and softspoken . Also , looking at Durrah's history , I truely felt afraid on my own faith . How true it is that a person can be religious one day and loose it all in another . I have seen people go thru it myself . Again the novel had a perfect story with a lot of information about Islam . I do reccomand this book to Muslims and Non-Muslims . As it is a wakeup call for everyone. Muslims should not be afraid to say that the True Religion of God is Islam ! and we must call others to it . May Allah reward every person who helped print ,publish this book . May Allah make it in your scale of deeds.Ameen ! P.S: I could not put that book down till I was done with it !

Summary: So beautiful
Review: This story was so different and so refreshing to read. It dealt with characters of nontraditional backgrounds and was very realistic. You can easily relate to the characters. The style of the story makes you want to keep reading until you're done. You remember it's message long after you've finished reading. Absolutely wonderful book. I'll be looking forward to the author's next piece.
