Rating: Summary: Refreshingly Sane for Christian "Spiritual Warfare" Book Review: As a magic practicing non-Christian, I'm used to flipping through books where Christians are hysterically terrified of Satan and entourage but have the personal power by using the right formulas and chants to rid people and cities of demons. The other book authors claim to communicate with demons with names like LazySlob demon and will teach you how to safely banish demons in your spare time. MacArthur's book refreshingly says that the spiritual warfare circus is nonsense and that the real spiritual warfare is based on having sound spiritual character. In my beliefs, developing spiritual character is the hardest and most rewarding work anybody can do. And, I encourage anybody on any spiritual path to do the same.
Rating: Summary: Brings biblical perspective for spiritual warfare Review: The author succeeds in bringing a biblical perspective into the spiritual warfare "debate". I believe that all Christians that are serious about spiritual warfare must read and study this book. Well done!!!!
