Summary: Easy to read material for balancing your spirituality
Review: The author identifies 20 traits which contribute to the lifelong process of developing a healthy spirituality. Each trait is discussed in a 5-6 page chapter which includes a description of the trait (e.g. friendship, teachability, forgiveness, hope, etc.), several questions for reflection, and a short prayer focusing on the trait presented. The topics presented in the book help you re-focus and balance your spirituality. The 20 traits presented can also be paralleled to characteristics found in healthy interpersonal relationships.
