Review: I've heard Pat Livingston speak many times. One of the key lessons she learned from life is the question: What have I learned from life? What can I learn from this experience? In her book she tells the reader many of her experiences and what "the Lesson" was. Surprise -- I found myself stepping back from my everyday experiences and saying, "Now what can I learn from this?"She's a good speaker. Now I see that she's an excellent writer -- because as I read I wasn't noticing the writer, I was hearing the speaker -- speaking from her heart -- speaking her lessons, her learnings, from everyday moments.
