Summary: Compelling argument for the existence of God
Review: I picked up this book because I wanted to give faith another chance in my life. While I'm not completely conviced yet (no book should change you overnight), I am more likely to believe after reading this book. It's lean on pages, but thick on information. The authors of this book set out their case by comparing and contrasting arguments against the existence of God. As you'd expect, no argument against God cannot be countered with one for God. This book uses a very intellectual and philosphic approach to both sides of the case. It has chapters that touch on the arguments for the existence of God, attacks on God, the attributes of God, life after death, God and science, and several others. The result is a book that will sway you, if you, like me, lost faith solely because science didn't add up with religion.

Review: Regardless of what you think about religion, this is a must read for anyone who is serious about examining the "big" questions in life. Ultimately as the author states, it is up to you to decide what you believe or not and this will influence how you lead your life. Overall this book is a well balanced and objective look at how religion and philosophy interact with each other.
