Review: Kalas really has the reader focus on what the law allows us to enjoy. We tend to focus on the law restricting us but Kalas shows that by obeying God's law we can experience so much more. The whole book could be summarized by Jesus' response to the teachers of the law when they challenged him with the question "what is the greatest commandement". Jesus responds not with a "don't" but with a "do".
