Review: Before considering fasting for a short period of time, I bought this book. It was fantastic! It helped me to understand many aspects of fasting, including what would be happening to my body and my spirit. ENLIGHTENING! Everytime I take on a long fast I re-read this book--on short fasts I read over the sections which I have highlighted through the years. If you are thinking of fasting, this is THE book to read! A must for every Christian who wants to obey the Lord's command to fast!

Review: I have read all the reviews. Some don't like the 'bible' aspect of this book. I am not an overly religious person.. but every word in this book NEEDS to be there. If you are fasting just to
'look' good then this is NOT the book for you. If you are fasting to 'SAVE YOUR LIFE' like I am doing, then I guarantee you that this book WILL change your life. If you've given up on the medical community.. and you are at the stage where you want to give up on life because your pain is intolerable this book will be your angel! It will show you the way to a new healthy body. 5 STARS!
