Summary: Expand your understanding of gifts!
Review: Like the author's earlier book on gifts, this has lots of ideas, lots of information. It expanded my understanding of gifts, including things like learning style, values, passions, even weaknesses. A variety of reproducible assessment tools (but no tool for the traditional spiritual gifts). This would be helpful in developing gifts-based ministry.
