Summary: Exactly what I was looking for!!
Review: I just recently purchased this Bible and it is exactly what I had been searching for! Although this Bible is listed as a Pentacostal/Charismatic leaning Bible, I still found it outstanding for learning what the Holy Spirit and the Power the the Lord Jesus Christ has given me. I was raised Roman Catholic and am currently attending and planning to join the United Methodist Church, neither of which are Charismatic denominations, yet the insight and notes on the power of Faith, prayer and devotion to the Lord are applicable to all Christians. There are certain points in the notes where I disagree with the commentators, but overall the Theology in the this book is right on target. The word breakdowns are dynamite and the 21 articles are very informative. The Book overviews are very clear and well done and the system of referncing megathemes is a great addition as well. I bought the bonded leather version and will purchase the Top Grain leather version for Father's Day so that I can keep this in my household forever.
